I have 8 years of experience in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in a group format.
Group therapy is often highly effective because it allows members to hear the experiences of others who are going through similar challenges, and in that sense is often very reassuring. Also, group members can be supportive as they can share their success stories in applying techniques to their problems also.
I offer a range of groups including topics such as Managing Trauma, Freedom From Worry, Mindfulness, Overcoming Insomnia, Assertiveness Skills Training, and Building Self-Esteem, and more. Further options on request.
